UPS

Denver Sign Supply chooses to partner with United Parcel Service for shipping most of our packages. With UPS shipments, we offer UPS Quantum View notification via email so that you know exactly where your package is at all time during transit.

In Store Pick Up (Will Call)

Our will call counter is open Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm. If you are calling an order in or ordering via website, please allow us adequate time to pull or prepare your order. Afternoons can get busy and we want to service you as fast as possible.

Other Method (Our Truck)

Our own truck makes local deliveres to the Greater Baton Rouge area every day except Thursdays, Acadiana area on Thursdays and the Northshore area on Tuesdays and Fridays. Our minimum order for delivery in Baton Rouge is $100, outside of the Greater Baton Rouge area is $150.00.

LTL Freight Shipping

On larger shipments that are too large for UPS, we partner with several freight companies to get your package to you as soon as possible. Our preferred carriers are AAA Cooper, Southeastern Freight, R & L Carriers and Saia Motor Freight. We reserve the right to choose the carrier if we are paying your freight. If you prefer another carrier and are willing to pay the freight, we will ship via your preferred carrier. We shop for the best possible rates and the best service when choosing a carrier for your shipment. Please note that freight companies charge extra for residential, inside, limited access, lift gates or rescheduled deliveries. Please let us know if you do not have a loading dock or forklift. We will do our best to insure that your delivery is a positive experience.

Return Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE!

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS PLEASE CALL US AT 800-735-7446 AND ask for a return authorization number. Please furnish us with the invoice number and invoice date. All returns must be prepaid. If the return is our error, we will refund the shipping charges with a valid receipt or issue a call tag. Returns that are not our error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any items that are NOT in the original box, damaged or used will NOT be accepted.
